      •  Review "Privileged Provider/ EOT Documentation" Section in TTP Handbook

        * DHA165- Program will prepare for you

        * DHA 367- Send to your Academic Advisor.  Upload to JCCQAS & MedHub Portfolio

        * Privileging Procedure Form- Complete yourself.  Upload to MedHub.  Once signed by PD, upload to JCCQAS

    • Register for the ABP General Pediatrics Certifying Exam. Registration will open next week and close on 4/1.

NEW USU Academic Appointment Information Sessions

  • Dr. Jessica Servey, the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at USU will be hosting two virtual info sessions for residents interested in USU academic appointments after graduation.

  • Sessions are most applicable to graduating residents, but any resident can join

USU Teaching Opportunities


Longitudinal Clinical Skills for MD/PhD students

  • Volunteers will help lead hour long case-based discussion to a small group of students in USU's combined MD/PhD program. These students have completed their pre-clerkship phase of medical school and are doing research for their PhD before moving on to clerkships. 

  • Upcoming sessions: Neonatal Fever 04/10/25, Lumbar Puncture 5/08/25.  All sessions are from 0900-1000.

  • AAP Section on Uniform Services (SOUS) Scientific Awards Competition (SAC) will begin accepting abstract submissions on February 2 through April 4.

2025 Partnership for Military Child and Family Health Research Symposium

  • This annual event host by USU Department of Pediatrics will be held April 2, 2025 and includes a poster session, which is an opportunity to feature recent research focused on the health and well-being of military children.
